Program Description
The tradition of hammams dates back to the time before the Turks reached Anatolia. When they arrived here, they brought their bathing habits, which were confronted with Roman and Byzantine customs. Traditions have merged to form a completely new concept: the Turkish bathhouse, which in time became a real institution. The Turkish bath is a permanent part of everyday life, it is a place where people meet regardless of their social status or age. Hammam (Turkish bath) is a mandatory holiday spot in Turkey. It is best to visit it in the first days of your stay. Hammam is a place for cleansing the soul and body.
Excursion features such treatments as: salt room, peeling, herbal teas, Thai massage (approx. 30 min). In addition, standard treatments such as: sauna, foam massage (approx. 20 min), face mask, back massage (approx 20 min).
