Program Description
An appetising experience awaits you in the heart of Sorrento, combining Italian tradition, great fun, and the authentic flavours of Italy. This is a perfect option for those who want not only to taste real pizza, but also to learn how it is made from scratch.
During the approximately 75-minute Neapolitan pizza workshop, you will visit a traditional pizzeria, where each participant receives an apron and a headset to comfortably follow the instructor’s guidance. Under the supervision of an experienced pizzaiolo, you will go through the entire pizza-making process – from kneading the dough and preparing the sauce to choosing the toppings and baking the pizza in a real wood-fired oven.
The pizzaiolo will share the secrets of the Neapolitan recipe and practical tips that will help you recreate this iconic flavour at home. The experience concludes with the most enjoyable part – a tasting of your own handmade pizza, served with a soft drink, a glass of wine, or a beer. This is an experience that stays with you for a long time and truly tastes unforgettable.
