Program Description

An unforgettable adventure as you climb one of Bali’s most iconic volcanoes.

Your journey begins with a midnight hotel pickup and transfer to the trekking starting point. After a short briefing, you will begin the hike in the dark, using flashlights provided by your guide. The first part of the trail is relatively easy, while the second half becomes more challenging. The ascent to the summit takes approximately 2 hours.

Once you reach the top, you will witness a spectacular natural show as the sky gradually changes from deep black to shades of blue, then pink and orange. It’s a magical moment that makes the entire effort worthwhile.

At the summit, you will have time to relax and enjoy the views over nearby villages and landscapes. You will also be served a light breakfast, including a hot drink, banana sandwich and an egg cooked in volcanic steam, which makes for a unique and memorable experience.

After breakfast, you will have time to take photos and explore the crater area, where you may encounter wild monkeys and admire the raw volcanic scenery.

The trek will finish in the morning (around 9:00 am), depending on your pace, followed by the return to your hotel.
