Program Description

Not every stay in Budapest has to mean walking mile after mile through the city. Sometimes, all it takes is a dip in warm water and letting the rest of Budapest wait for a while. Széchenyi Thermal Baths - the largest medicinal bath complex in Europe - combine mineral-rich thermal waters with pools, saunas and spaces designed for relaxation.

The complex features 15 indoor pools and three large outdoor pools. You can start with a swim in the open air, then explore the indoor pools, soak in a hot tub or enjoy the underwater massage jets. Each part of Széchenyi offers a slightly different way to spend your time, so there is no need to rush as you discover the different areas.

And there is more to Széchenyi than its pools. Saunas and steam rooms complete the experience, while a gym is also available if you feel like adding a little activity to your visit. You can alternate between bathing and other facilities, enjoying the complex at a pace that suits you.

The warmth of the thermal water, steam rising above the pools and time spent bathing in the open air - Széchenyi has all the ingredients to turn a simple soak into one of the most enjoyable moments of your stay in Budapest.
