Program Description

During your visit, you will ascend to a height of 300 metres, where spectacular views over the capital await. From the viewing platforms, you will admire London in all its diversity – from historic landmarks to contemporary skyscrapers – all presented in a stunning 360° panorama that lets you take in every detail of the city.
Designed by world-renowned architect Renzo Piano, the building impresses with its unique glass form resembling a shard of crystal. Even the high-speed lift journey to the top becomes part of the experience, making the visit truly unforgettable.
If you’d like to experience London from a completely different perspective and discover its less obvious side, this option is an excellent choice – whether it’s your first time in the city or you already know it quite well.
Important information
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The View from The Shard will be carrying out improvement works in February and May 2026, certain areas will be temporarily closed at selected times.
- There will be no step free access between Levels 68 and 69 between 06 April-31 May.
- There are approximately 19 steps from Level 68 to Level 69.
- Level 72 will remain closed throughout the planned maintenance until 11 June and some areas on Levels 68–69 may have limited access.
