Reviews
A very interesting trek, not only offering the opportunity to see several volcanoes that have erupted on La Palma over the past five centuries, but above all, to experience this unique environment, where black, yellow, and red dust and volcanic rocks mingle with the green of Canary Island pines. The views are unforgettable. The trek is quite long, 17.5 km, and takes place for much of it in full sun; but it`s well worth the effort. The guide, Jaga, deserves the highest praise for creating a pleasant atmosphere, providing engaging stories, and maintaining a steady pace. The organization, including the shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off, was impeccable. Note that this trip isn`t for those who are normally less physically active, but for everyone else, it`s a must-do on any La Palma trip.
Fantastic trip and wonderful guide.
