Program Description
La Palma captivates visitors with its lush landscapes, picturesque coastline, and peaceful atmosphere that sets it apart from the other Canary Islands. During this excursion, you will discover the most charming corners of the island's northern region, experience local traditions, and visit places where nature and history come together in perfect harmony.
Your first stop will be the Salto del Enamorado Viewpoint, offering spectacular panoramic views of the deep ravines and green mountains that define the northeastern part of La Palma. It is the perfect place to admire the island's dramatic scenery and capture unforgettable photos.
Next, you will visit San Andrés - one of the oldest villages on La Palma, renowned for its traditional Canarian architecture and its rich history of sugar cane cultivation. From there, you will enjoy a pleasant walk to Puerto Espíndola, a small fishing harbour that has preserved its authentic charm and tranquil atmosphere.
The next highlight of the day is free time at Charco Azul, one of La Palma's most famous natural swimming pools. Crystal-clear waters and a stunning coastal setting make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim.
To round off the excursion, you will visit Destilerías Aldea, a family-run distillery that has been producing traditional rum since 1936. You will learn about the island's rum-making heritage, discover how this iconic local spirit is produced, and explore traditions that have been passed down through generations.
After a day filled with spectacular scenery, local flavours, and authentic experiences, you will return to your hotel with unforgettable memories of northern La Palma.
