Important information
- Children aged 0-6 enter free of charge.
- Reduced tickets for disabled visitors (50%) and seniors with minimum pensions are available on site.
- Tiergarten Schönbrunn is located within the Schönbrunn Palace grounds. Use the Hietzinger Tor park entrance to reach the zoo’s main entrance.
- Dogs and other animals are not permitted anywhere within the zoo or the Schönbrunn Palace grounds. Assistance dogs with valid documentation are permitted.
- Last entry: 30 minutes before closing.
Vouchers
- You'll receive your voucher via email, immediately after booking.
- To gain entry, you'll need to exchange it for the actual entrance ticket.
- Show your voucher to the local representative, who will issue your entrance ticket, or contact the tour operator for help (contact details are in your confirmation email and on the voucher).
