Important information
- Infants aged 0-4 can join free of charge, but a free ticket is required.
- The tour includes more than 300 stairs. Although it is considered low impact, comfortable flat shoes are recommended.
- Backpacks and small bags must be left in the cloakroom. Large bags and luggage are not permitted.
- If you have accessibility or mobility requirements, these must be communicated and booked in advance. Guests who do not notify the operator before the tour will not be able to join the standard walking tour.
- Show your smartphone ticket at the Sydney Opera House Welcome Centre, located on the Lower Concourse.
- Your booking is being processed. The Sydney Opera House team will send your final confirmation with a Check-in Reference Number within 24 hours of purchase.
- Please use the Check-in Reference Number provided in the confirmation email when checking in at the Welcome Centre to join your tour.
- Reduced tickets are available for holders of an Australian Seniors Card, Australian Pensioners and full-time students aged 16 and over. A valid ID or proof of eligibility may be required upon entry.
