Program Description
Discover Albania's hidden treasures on an excursion that combines unspoilt nature, mountain landscapes, local traditions and relaxation by the sea. This is the perfect opportunity to experience the country's authentic character away from the main tourist routes.
Your journey begins at the picturesque Zvernec Lagoon, a peaceful nature reserve where a wooden footbridge leads to a small island home to the historic Zvernec Monastery. Continue through the fertile Shushicë River Valley, where you'll observe everyday life in rural Albania and stop for a coffee at a family-run café.
The adventure continues along an off-road mountain trail to the traditional village of Pilur, surrounded by the scents of wild oregano and mint. Here you'll visit a local Orthodox church before enjoying a homemade lunch prepared by a local family.
In the afternoon, descend to the beautiful Albanian Riviera and spend time relaxing on the beach in Himarë, where you can swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea. On the return journey, drive through the spectacular Llogara Pass, famous for its breathtaking mountain and coastal views.
