Pick up from Seville and transfer towards Doñana National Park. Our first stop will be the town of Puebla del Río, the gateway to the Doñana wetlands. The ecosystem of this city is unique because it is home to the largest white stork colony in Europe. Here you can observe hundreds of birds in their natural habitat. Transfer to the northern part of the Doñana National Park, reaching the village of El Rocío, famous for pilgrimages. Visit to the famous Sanctuary of Our Lady of El Rocío. More than a million people gather here every year to take part in one of the most important religious pilgrimages in the world. We will then visit the impressive Palacio del Acebrón next to the Arroyo de la Rocina to see another of Doñana's ecosystems: the gallery forest. A short hiking during which we will learn about some of the native plant species of the area. Free time for lunch. Then drive to the Doñana coast - stretching for over 30 kilometers, it is the longest pristine beach in Spain. During a short trip you can observe the peculiar dunes and flora and fauna found in this ecosystem. Moreover, if the weather is good, you can take a refreshing bath at the end of the day. Return to Seville in the afternoon.
The trip takes place by coach or off-road vehicles (depending on the number of participants).
